Our offer of a ‘free consultation’ or ‘free introduction’ refers to a free introductory meeting to discuss your requirements and needs, and does not include our more in-depth consultancy services, which are available for an additional fee.

Our Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

With ample notice, we may be able to reschedule missed sessions, although availability cannot always be guaranteed due to a busy schedule.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, so we try to be as accommodating as possible for regular clients.

If a session is missed without notice or cancelled on the day for foreseeable reasons, payment will typically not be refunded or transferable to a separate or additional session.

If you need to change your time slot for any sessions, again please provide ample notice as our calendar fills up quickly and we cannot guarantee alternative availability.
